What address does it send reminders from?

From yours. At first, it prepares and you click Send in your email client; once your sending address is set up, it sends itself, always after your approval.

What if it gets the amount wrong?

It doesn't calculate anything on its own: it reads your list. If an invoice is paid in the meantime, just tell it and it will forget it.

How many customers can it follow up with?
