1. Seller Information

ABYS AI is published by Thomas Capiten, sole proprietor, 47 Bellevue, 06190 Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, registered with the Nice Trade and Companies Register under number 524 019 031 (SIREN 524 019 031). VAT not applicable, pursuant to Article 293 B of the CGI. Contact: contact@abys.ai.

2. Products and Services Sold

Premium Report (€99, excluding tax; one-time payment) · Comprehensive AI audit with personalized tutorials, a 12-month action plan, and links to the best tools for your industry.
AI Assistant (€29 per month, excluding tax) · A monthly subscription that gives you access to a personal AI assistant via email to answer all your questions about AI tools in your industry.
SEO & AI Visibility (€49 excl. tax/month) · Monthly subscription to improve your visibility on AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI) and traditional SEO.
AI Support (€249 excl. tax/month) · Monthly subscription that includes the AI Visibility package, the implementation of one AI project each month based on the audit, priority access to the assistant, and a monthly update on results.
Associate Agent (€500, excluding tax, upon signing) · Development of an AI agent designed to generate revenue, compensated by a commission on the revenue generated, in accordance with the terms of the contract signed by the parties.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders are placed through our website. Payment is secured by Stripe (TLS/SSL). Prices are listed in euros, excluding tax: VAT not applicable, pursuant to Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code (CGI). Our offers are intended for professionals acting within the scope of their business activities. No credit card information is stored on our servers.

3 bis. The Premium Report’s “Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back” warranty

The Premium Report comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with the report, please email contact@abys.ai within 14 days of purchase, with no reason required, and the full amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 14 days. This guarantee is in addition to your legal rights and does not replace them.

4. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided immediately after purchase, with the consumer’s prior consent. Since the Premium Report is generated immediately after payment, the right of withdrawal does not apply.

For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel at any time through your customer account or by contacting us. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Delivery

The Premium Report is available online within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. Subscriptions are activated immediately.

6. Warranties and Liability

ABYS AI provides recommendations based on an AI analysis of your business. The estimated savings (hours, euros) are indicative projections and are not binding. ABYS AI cannot be held liable for results that differ from the estimates.

7. Intellectual Property

The reports generated are personal and non-transferable. All content on the site (text, images, code) is protected by copyright.

8 bis. Use of the Name and Logo in Our References

By completing the free AI visibility audit, the client agrees that their company’s trade name and logo, as publicly displayed on their website, may be featured by ABYS AI as a reference (for example, in a banner titled “Companies that have tested their AI visibility”), without this constituting an assertion of a business relationship or a recommendation. The client may request the removal of their reference at any time by simply sending an email to contact@abys.ai, withdrawal processed within a few days.

9. Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought as a matter of priority. If no such resolution is reached, the French courts shall have jurisdiction. Governing law: French law.
