Which subscription plan should you choose for your AI agent?
You are hesitating between the 19 euro plan and the 99 euro plan. By the end of this article, you will know which one matches your actual activity, without paying for tokens you won't use.
- The plan sets the pace, the message cap and the token pool for your entire account
- Start with the plan that matches your actual usage, you can upgrade at any time
- Multiple agents share the same pool: monitor each one's consumption
Four plans, four prices, four work rhythms. The choice may seem complicated, but it rests on three simple questions: how many tasks should your agent handle each month, how many agents do you want to run at the same time, and how quickly do you need answers? This guide helps you decide without making a mistake.
IHow do ABYS plans work?
Each plan sets three things for your entire account. First, the work pace : once per week, once per day, every four hours, or every hour. Then a cap on messages sent per agent. Finally, a token reservoir shared among all your agents. When an email arrives in the monitored inbox, the agent processes it without waiting for their next turn. But for scheduled tasks, it respects the plan's pace.
The monthly computation budget shared by all your agents.
Tokens measure what each agent action consumes: reading a document, drafting an email, analyzing a response. A simple email costs roughly 500 tokens, a detailed quote can consume 2,000. The reservoir resets to zero on the first of the month.
IICase number one: the tradesperson who does three quotes per week
A plumber receives an average of three quote requests per week. Each quote consumes between 1,500 and 2,500 tokens depending on complexity. Over a month, that's roughly 30,000 tokens. The 19 euro plan offers 100,000 tokens and 20 messages per agent. That's more than enough. The agent works once per week, but each incoming email triggers an immediate response. The client receives their quote within minutes of requesting it.
IIICase number two: the accounting firm following up on twenty overdue payments
An accounting firm wants to follow up with twenty clients in arrears each month. Each initial follow-up consumes roughly 800 tokens. If half the clients don't respond, the agent sends a second follow-up, then a third. For twenty cases, count about fifty messages total. Each follow-up message is shorter, so less costly: roughly 500 tokens. The total comes to around 35,000 tokens per month.
The 19 euro plan would be sufficient in tokens, but it limits the agent to 20 messages. With fifty follow-ups planned, the limit is reached before the end of the month. The 99 euro plan excl. VAT, with its 150 messages per agent and 700,000 tokens, provides the necessary margin. And if the firm wants follow-ups to go out every business day rather than once a week, the daily rate becomes essential.
IVCase number three: two agents at the same time
A manager wants to run two agents: one for quotes, one for overdue payment follow-ups. From the 19 euro plan onwards, it's possible. But the 100,000 token reservoir is shared. If the quote agent consumes 30,000 tokens and the follow-up agent consumes 35,000 tokens, that leaves 35,000 tokens for the month. That's comfortable for modest activity.
On the other hand, if activity increases, the reservoir empties faster. An email alerts you when you reach four fifths. At that point, you can switch to the higher plan immediately, without waiting for next month. Your agents resume right away.
VThe three questions to ask yourself before choosing
- 1Count your monthly tasks
How many quotes, follow-ups, and automatic responses are you planning? Multiply by the average token cost. A simple email costs 500 tokens, a complex document up to 3,000.
- 2Estimate the number of messages
Each plan limits messages per agent. If you plan more than 20 sends per month for a single agent, the 19 euro plan won't be enough.
- 3Assess how urgent responses need to be
Can a customer requesting a quote wait until the next day? If yes, the weekly rate is sufficient. If every hour counts, upgrade your plan.
- 4Plan your future agents
You start with one agent, but you want three in six months? Anticipate total consumption to avoid changing plans every month.
VIThe signals that say you need to upgrade to the next plan
Your agent stops before the end of the month because the reservoir is empty. You receive the alert email at four fifths several months in a row. Your clients complain about response delays. You want to add an agent but you have no token margin left. You spend time pausing agents to save tokens. All these signals indicate that your activity has exceeded the limits of your current plan.
VIIWhat if I choose the wrong plan?
You lose nothing. If you choose the 19 euro plan and your agents stop due to lack of tokens, they will tell you clearly. You switch to the higher plan, and they resume immediately. Conversely, if you went large and only use a third of your tokens each month, you can downgrade to the lower plan the following month.

VIIIAnnual payment: an option to consider
ABYS offers annual payment with a discount. If you're certain of your usage over twelve months, this option reduces the monthly cost. But if you're starting out, monthly payment lets you adjust without commitment. Test first, commit later.
?Questions we're asked
Can I have multiple agents with the 19 euro plan?
Yes, from the first plan onwards, you can create multiple agents. They share the same 100,000 token reservoir and the same weekly pace. It's the total consumption that limits, not the number of agents.
What happens if my token pool runs out mid-month?
Your agents stop and notify you. You can wait until the first of the month for the token pool to recharge, or immediately switch to the higher plan. The agents resume right away.
Does the work rate apply to each agent separately?
No, the pace is fixed for your entire account. If you choose the daily plan, all your agents work once per day. There is no agent-by-agent setting.
Does white testing consume tokens?
No. The dry run lets you see what the agent would do without sending anything or consuming tokens. It's the first step before any deployment.
Check the plans and choose the one that matches your activity.
